Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to oversee and ensure the highest quality standards in our high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate construction quality control, especially in residential and commercial buildings, and will work closely with site engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure all construction work complies with safety regulations, quality specifications, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) systems at the project site.

Prepare and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) for all construction activities.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Review and verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction methods.

Maintain and track quality records, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective actions.

Coordinate with third-party agencies for material and structural testing.

Ensure adherence to IS codes, NBC, and relevant construction standards.

Provide quality training and guidance to subcontractors and labor teams.

Liaise with project engineers, consultants, and client representatives to resolve quality issues.

Prepare monthly quality reports, checklists, and progress documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes.

Experience in QA/QC in high-rise residential/commercial buildings.

Proficient in reading and interpreting civil drawings and specifications.

Familiar with IS codes, NBC norms, and ISO 9001 standards.

Attention to detail with a proactive approach to quality improvement.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Knowledge of testing procedures (concrete, steel, soil, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in real estate or construction sector, with at least one high-rise project.

Certification in QA/QC (optional but preferred).

Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and quality reporting tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
