Quality Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Implement and maintain project Quality Management System (QMS) processes.
  
• Prepare and control quality documents such as ITPs, WPS, and test procedures.
  
• Review project specifications, drawings, codes, and standards for compliance.
  
• Coordinate with clients, customers, TPI agencies, and subcontractors on inspection activities.
  
• Perform and monitor all stages of inspection, including material, fabrication, welding, NDT, PMI, and FAT/IFAT.
  
• Verify material compliance, traceability, and review MTCs and welding qualifications.
  
• Manage quality team activities and ensure adherence to approved ITPs.
  
• Maintain quality records, ensure calibration of equipment, and control non-conformances.
  
• Conduct quality meetings and support resolution of project quality issues.
  
• Compile MRB documentation and support continuous improvement in quality and cost efficiency.

Technical Competence:

• ASNT-NDT Level II, SNT-TC-1A Certification.
• CSWIP 3.1 / AWS CWI Certification..
• CSWIP BGAS Gr-2 / NACE Level-2 Certification.
• Proficient to the international codes and standards in the oil and gas industry such as ISO, API, ASME, ASNT, AWS, etc.
  

Experience:

• Proven experience in a quality function within a manufacturing environment in the oil & gas sector.
  
• Preferably with

  Saudi Aramco

  inspection experience and familiarity with their specifications.
• Experience in

  modular skid package

  manufacturing is a plus.
