Role Description
This is a full-time at our stakeholders & customer site role for a Quality Engineer (Mechanical) at EFRA Industries LLP, located in Sisodra Arak, near Navsari, Surat The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring product quality and surface finish by conducting inspections, tests, and quality control processes. Day-to-day tasks include implementing and maintaining quality assurance protocols, analysing quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement in hot deep galvanizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
This job has involved 25 days traveling per month.
Qualifications
Quality control and final inspection of Hot deep galvanizing components.
This job has 25 days/month travelling involved. Need to do Quality inspection at our stockholder and consumer site.
Expertise in Quality Engineering and Quality Control methods
Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Management practices
Experience with Product Quality assessments and maintaining high standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience in the Hot deep galvanizing or zinc coating industry is a plus.
Fresher Mechanical Engineer also most welcome.
