• Engineer should be related industry background with Quality.
• Review of WPS-PQR, witnessing WPQ
• Site fabrication quality inspection: In process inspection, Fit-up inspection, welding inspection, surface preparation and painting inspection, Assembly inspection
• Quality experience in Erection work of site Structures , fabricated items which are used in cement plants.
• Erection quality inspection: foundation inspection during handover to mechanical, structure level and alignment checking, weld quality etc.
• Witnessing NDT on critical components
• Weld visual inspection
• Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions.
• Prepare daily inspection reports, progress reports, and other documentation as required.
