• Collect and analyze the data to prepare FAI/ITP.
• Maintain Corrective and Preventive actions program including 8D and RCCA.• Maintain the calibration program for inspection equipment and machine logs.• Maintain Document control Program.• Assist in Miscellaneous Quality program such as SPC, FMEA, Gage R&R, APQP, PPAP.• Knowledge of Quality tools like: 7QC tools,5S, six Sigma.• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Documentations.• Knowledge of measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Profilometer, CMM, etc.• Support Quality Assurance team using various data analysis using SPC Charts (I-MR, X-bar-R Chart, P-• Chart, U-Chart), Correlation analysis, DOE, etc.• Knowledge of Customer complaint and warranty handling & analysis.• Familiarity with SPC Software with MINITAB, SPSS, JMP, etc. is an added advantage.• Hands on experience on software like ERP & SAP.
