Position: Quality Engineer Industry: EOT Cranes / Heavy Machinery / Fabrication Experience: Minimum 2–15 Years (Only Crane/Fabrication/Heavy Engineering Industry Candidates Preferred) Key Responsibilities: Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspection of fabricated crane components and assemblies. Ensure dimensional accuracy and material compliance as per technical drawings, BOMs, and customer specifications. Coordinate with production and design teams for resolving quality issues and deviations. Maintain all QC documents, inspection reports, test records , and NCRs. Conduct welding inspection (visual & testing) and ensure adherence to WPS & PQR. Ensure strict compliance with ISO and safety standards in fabrication and assembly processes. Knowledge of paint thickness checking , NDT (like DPT/UT) , and load test inspection is preferred. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes . Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Production Engineering. Sound knowledge of EOT Crane parts, fabrication techniques, welding standards , and machining tolerances. Proficient in reading engineering drawings , use of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.) Familiar with quality tools like 5 Why, RCA, CAPA . Candidates from crane manufacturing or heavy fabrication industry only will be considered. Salary: As per industry standards | Based on experience and skillset Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
