Job Description (JD)
Role: QC inspector
Reporting to: (Paint Shop -QA In charge)
Required Education cum Total Experience
Designation: Paint Shop - Quality Engineer
Exp in Year: Min 3 -5 yrs.
Minimum exp for Nature of Work
1. Knowledge of relevant industry products and processes.
2. Knowledge of relevant Monitoring & Measurement instruments.
3. Knowledge of customer requirements (spec and drawing both).
4. Microsoft skills (Power point and Excel).
5. Daily Inspection activity with drawing. (Specification or Customer requirement).
6. Knowledge of Varius paint test like Cross Hatch test, bend test, Impact tested. Etc.
7. Daily Inspection activity and documentation.
8. ERP Knowledge.
9. Knowledge of 8D and CAPA.
10. Knowledge of different paint defects and aesthetic criteria.
11. Basic awareness of QMS
Job Profile / Responsibility
1. Daily morning meeting with Team for Workload.
2. Plan for Daily Inspection Activity as per requirement given by PPC ST.
3. Inspection with Customer.
4. Daily make Inspection Report.
5. Quick response for Quality related Issue at internal.
6. ERP Entry.
7. Daily Inspection activity details update in Inspection Tracker sheet.
8. Daily documentation.
9. Do before, during and after painting spot check.
10. Check calibration status of instruments before using it in inspection.
Authorities related to Job Profile / Responsibility
1. Can hold production if any non-conformity.
2. Can hold dispatch due to any non-conformity.
