Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced QC & QA Engineer to manage quality systems, customer requirements, and new product quality planning in a precision manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Incoming, in-process & final inspection
Knowledge of CAD/CAM
New Product Development work
✅ First Article Inspection (FAI) & layout inspection
✅ ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 system implementation and audits
✅ PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, Process Flow & MSA
✅ PFMEA, risk analysis & corrective actions
✅ NPD sample development & customer approvals
✅ Customer complaints handling & 8D reports
✅ Kaizen, 5S & continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
🎓 Diploma / BE / BTech – Mechanical / Production
🛠 3–8 years experience in CNC / auto / export manufacturing
📘 Strong knowledge of ISO, IATF, PPAP, APQP & FMEA
📐 Drawing reading & GD&T knowledge
🧰 Hands-on with measuring instruments
