Job Description

Industry: Cement Industry experience mandatory Requirement of Quality cum billing engineer (Mechanical): Engineer should be related industry background with Quality cum Billing experience. Review of WPS-PQR, witnessing WPQ Site fabrication quality inspection: In process inspection, Fit-up inspection, welding inspection, surface preparation and painting inspection, Assembly inspection Quality experience in Erection work of site Structures , fabricated items which are used in cement plants. Mechanical in-house fabrication inspection and joint measurement of site verified items (other than drawing e.g. piping job, hand railing job, insulation, grating lying, painting etc.) Erection quality inspection: foundation inspection during handover to mechanical, structure level and alignment checking, weld quality etc. Witnessing NDT on critical components Weld visual inspection Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions.
