Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Coordinator to join our team in Domestic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement quality control processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members.
Collaborate with the training team to develop and deliver quality training programs.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement.
Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience with quality control processes and tools is an asset.
