Quality Controller

Role Overview: As a Quality Controller for commercial interior fit-out projects in Pune, you will be responsible for ensuring superior workmanship, adherence to specifications, and consistent execution standards. Your role will involve conducting routine and surprise quality inspections, managing quality documentation, overseeing snag and NCR processes, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct routine and surprise quality inspections at commercial interior project sites. - Verify execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and material specifications. - Monitor workmanship standards for carpentry, finishing, electrical, plumbing, civil, and joinery works. - Prepare and manage snag lists, checklists, inspection reports, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). - Ensure timely closure of quality observations in coordination with site engineers and contractors. - Review and verify mock-ups, sample approvals, and finishing quality at site. - Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site quality protocols. - Coordinate with Project Managers and Operations teams for corrective and preventive actions. - Support project handover by ensuring completion of all required quality documentation. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of commercial interior execution processes, materials, and standards. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs. - Hands-on experience in site quality inspections and snag management. - Excellent observation, reporting, and coordination skills. - High attention to detail and strong quality consciousness. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Additional Company Details: The company prefers candidates with 5-7 years of experience in quality control for commercial interior fit-out or construction projects. A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred for this role.,
