    Operate and maintain rubber extrusion equipment to produce high-quality rubber profiles and tubing.
  • 5+ years extrusion experience preferred
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
    • Operate compression molding machines to produce high-quality rubber components with precision and efficiency.
  • Experience with rubber molding processes
  • Knowledge of mold setup and maintenance
  • Attention to detail
    • Lead production teams to meet quality and output targets while ensuring a safe work environment.
  • 5+ years manufacturing experience
  • 2+ years supervisory experience
  • Lean manufacturing knowledge
    • Design, build, and maintain dies for precision rubber molding and forming processes.
    • 5+years experience in die making or tool room
    • Knowledge of rubber molding techniques
    • Ability to interpret engineering drawings
    Sales & Marketing Executive
    Drive B2B sales and execute marketing strategies to expand our presence in the rubber industry.
    • 4+ years experience in sales or marketing
    • Strong communication and client-handling skills
    • Knowledge of industrial/rubber products preferred
