Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Attend the Field complaints in defined State (OE & AMD).

2. Maintain Job work details and submit weekly reports

3. Maintain service payment record and ensure timely disposition

4. Ensure sufficient Float stock at service point and maintain proper record

5. Conduct Technical trainings for Dealers, Retailers and Mechanics

6. Expansion of service centres for the faster resolution of complaints.

7. To attend OE customer service activities.

8. To support field sales team in marketing activities i.e. mechanic meets, retailer meets & BP meets.

9. Market visit as per visit matrix to maintain good relationships with retailers & mechanics.

10. Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business need.

To build strong interpersonal relationship with OEM regional Service Team

Preferred candidate profile

1. Preferred: min 2 years of working experience in automotive aftermarket. Or,

2. 2 to 3 years in Tier1 Automotive manufacturing unit
