Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Supervisor based in Bhopal. The Quality Control Supervisor will lead and oversee quality control processes in laboratory environments, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards. Responsibilities include supervising quality control teams, implementing quality protocols, conducting routine testing, monitoring processes for adherence to regulatory guidelines, and analyzing data to ensure consistent standards in operations. The individual will also provide guidance and support to team members to enhance overall quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:-

• 🧪 Experience : Minimum 3 to 5 years in Laboratory Quality Control
• Proficiency in Supervisory Skills and ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to uphold high standards in all processes.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess processes and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Laboratory Skills to oversee laboratory functions efficiently.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Laboratory Science, Quality Management, or related discipline.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or laboratory quality management role is preferred.
