Job Title: Quality Control– PVC Pipe Industry

We are looking for an experienced professional from the PVC pipe industry to join our Quality Control team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured pipes meet the required quality standards and industry specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory testing of PVC pipes to verify quality, strength, and durability.
• Perform regular quality checks during and after production to ensure compliance with relevant IS standards.
• Manage and maintain all quality-related documentation, including BIS and other industry certificates.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and maintain records of quality inspections and test results.
• Ensure smooth handling of BIS audits, renewals, and certifications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the PVC pipe industry, preferably in a quality control role.
• Strong knowledge of quality testing procedures, laboratory equipment, and industry standards.
• Hands-on experience with BIS documentation and certification processes.
• Ability to work accurately, with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree in Plastic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4–8 years of relevant experience in the PVC pipe industry.
