Quality control Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality control Engineer with strong AutoCAD skills, to meet Product designs, quality, compliance and relevant standards. Co-ordinate with production and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
• Create and revise technical drawings in AutoCAD.
• Identify non-conformities and initiate Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with the production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, BIS standards,
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct audits and support internal and external quality assessments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in quality inspection or quality control.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and basic 3D drafting).
• Solid understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and tolerances.
• Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ASME, etc.).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication and design
• Knowledge of other CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Revit) is a plus.
