Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Quality Control Manager, located on-site in Kolkata. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes and procedures. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting products, managing compliance with quality standards, developing quality control policies, and conducting audits. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure product quality and handling any quality-related issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Compliance Management
• Skills in developing and implementing Quality Control Policies
• Ability to conduct Product Inspections and Quality Audits
• Strong Organizational and Coordination skills
• Excellent attention to detail and Analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with different departments
• Prior experience in the textiles and garments manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or related discipline
