Quality Control Manager – Beverage Manufacturing

About the Role:

We are hiring a Quality Control Manager to lead and oversee the quality control operations at our beverage manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in analytical testing, in-process control, and finished goods inspection—ensuring the highest product standards and regulatory compliance in every batch of Toyo Kombucha.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all QC lab operations, including chemical, physical, and microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Monitor and enforce standard quality parameters, ensuring consistency across all production batches.
• Conduct in-process checks and final product evaluations, documenting deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain testing equipment calibration, lab hygiene, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with the production team to identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
• Ensure all QC records, COAs, batch testing logs, and regulatory documentation are accurately maintained.
• Oversee sample retention and shelf-life studies.
• Liaise with external laboratories when required for specialized testing.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and conduct periodic internal inspections.
• Train QC and shopfloor staff on sampling methods, SOPs, and hygiene protocols.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality control within the beverage, FMCG, or food processing industry.
• Strong knowledge of FSSAI standards, microbiological protocols, and sensory evaluation techniques.
• Experience in handling QA/QC documentation, lab testing, and in-process control.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and ISO protocols is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and leadership skills.
• Must be willing to work on-site full-time at our Bahadurgarh manufacturing unit.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
