Quality Control Inspector

As a Quality Inspector, your role will involve upholding safety regulations, supervising the production process, and ensuring that all products meet quality expectations. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing regular quality assessments on incoming materials and outgoing products - Inspecting raw materials for consistency and integrity - Attempting repairs on damaged products to determine the best way to scale those repairs - Being responsible for Kaizens & continual improvement - Updating 4M records - Measuring product dimensions with various instruments, examining functionality, and comparing the final product to specifications - Documenting inspection outcomes with detailed reports and performance records - Teaching the production team about quality control concerns - Removing products and materials that do not meet quality expectations - Reporting inspection and test data - Supervising the production process - Resolving quality-related issues promptly - Creating an effective testing protocol for all product lines Qualifications required for this role include: - Technical skills to understand technical documents, manuals, and blueprints - High school diploma or Master's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering preferred - Certification in quality control preferred - Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc. - Good math, IT, and technical skills - Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques - Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills - Great attention to detail and organizational skills - Demonstrating moral courage, openness, and honesty in all dealings - Being self-motivated, flexible, proactive, and committed - Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages Please note that the job is located in Vasai, and preference will be given to male candidates between 25 to 35 years old residing in Western Suburbs between Borivali and Virar with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 5 to 6 years of total experience as a Quality Control Inspector. The salary range for this position is 15 to 20k Monthly CTC.,
