QUALITY CONTROL INCHARGE

As a Quality Testing Technician, your role involves conducting quality testing of plastic materials in accordance with BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) guidelines. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating MIS reports for lab-related data and testing outcomes. It is crucial to ensure compliance with BIS regulations and maintain proper documentation. Your duties will also include performing routine inspections, sampling, and analysis of raw materials and finished products. You will be expected to manage and maintain testing equipment and lab instruments to ensure accurate results. Additionally, preparing and maintaining all lab records, test reports, and compliance documents will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with production and quality teams to address quality-related issues is essential. Staying updated with industry standards and regulatory requirements for plastic materials is also a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in conducting quality testing of plastic materials as per BIS guidelines - Experience in maintaining MIS reports and lab-related documentation - Familiarity with routine inspections, sampling, and analysis of raw materials and finished products - Ability to manage and maintain testing equipment and lab instruments - Strong organizational skills for preparing and maintaining lab records, test reports, and compliance documents - Effective communication and coordination skills to work with production and quality teams - Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for plastic materials The company is preferably seeking candidates located in Kalyan, Dombivili, or Bhiwandi.
