QUALITY CONTROL INCHARGE

As a Quality Testing Technician, your primary responsibility will be to conduct quality testing of plastic materials in accordance with BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) guidelines. You will be required to maintain and update MIS reports for lab-related data and testing outcomes, ensuring accurate record-keeping. It will also be essential for you to ensure compliance with BIS regulations and maintain proper documentation for all testing procedures. In this role, you will perform routine inspections, sampling, and analysis of both raw materials and finished products to guarantee adherence to quality standards. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining testing equipment and lab instruments to ensure the accuracy of test results. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare and maintain all lab records, test reports, and compliance documents in an organized manner. Collaboration with production and quality teams will be key as you coordinate efforts to address quality-related issues that may arise. It will be crucial for you to stay updated with industry standards and regulatory requirements for plastic materials, ensuring that all testing procedures are up to date and in line with the latest guidelines. Please note that preferred candidates for this position should be located in Kalyan, Dombivili, or Bhiwandi areas.
