Quality control Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform routine laboratory procedures to test the quality of raw materials and/or in-process products and/or finished goods. Ensure the validated state of equipment and methods for testing raw materials, intermediate and finished products. About the Role Is a Role Model for Safety and Quality Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform routine laboratory procedures to test the quality of the organization’s raw materials, in- process products, and finished products Advise in relation to quality checks, blocking and test methods Prepare and maintain SOPs for own area Observe and report deviation in product quality and perform out of specification investigations Report validation findings to relevant stakeholders Reports validation findings Ensures the validated state of equipment and methods during testing Works according to safety, hygiene and GMP regulations Ensure Approved / Rejected labels are pasted for the material once testing is completed. Ensure Good documentation practices and online documents.
