As a Quality Control Engineer / Inspector, your role will involve overseeing quality standards across production processes in the manufacturing / engineering / fabrication industry. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, maintaining records, and ensuring all manufacturing activities meet technical and quality specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-process and final inspections on manufacturing and finished products. - Ensure compliance with quality standards for paint, welding, and fabrication work. - Use and maintain measuring tools (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.) for precise inspections. - Verify work on the shop floor as per technical drawings and specifications. - Identify non-conformities and coordinate with the production team for corrective actions. - Maintain all quality records, reports, and documentation. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality. Qualification Required: - Educational Qualification: ITI (Mechanical) / Diploma (Mechanical) / B.Tech (Mechanical) - Experience: 03 years (Freshers with relevant knowledge are also encouraged to apply) Additional Details: The company is looking for individuals with a good understanding of paint quality, welding processes, and fabrication standards. Hands-on experience with measuring instruments and inspection tools is essential. You should have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately, knowledge of quality control procedures, and shop floor safety standards.
