Quality Control Engineers – Semiconductor Construction Project (Gujarat, India)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Quality Control Engineers to join our dynamic team for a prestigious Semiconductor construction project in Gujarat. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in quality assurance within the construction industry, especially those with experience as Singapore RE (Resident Engineer) or RTO (Resident Technical Officer).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement quality control procedures for all construction activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements at all times.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality control for construction projects.
• Prior experience as Singapore RE or RTO highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction standards, codes, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hindi-speaking candidates are preferred to facilitate effective communication on site.
• Willingness to be based in Gujarat for the duration of the project

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
