Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure the quality and performance of our instruments during the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and inspection techniques, with a focus on precision and accuracy in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Testing: Perform functional and performance testing of instruments to verify their reliability and accuracy. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and non-conformances. Prepare reports and communicate findings to the Quality Control Manager. Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM) and company quality policies. Root Cause Analysis: Identify and analyze defects and non-conformities, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions. Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
