Job Overview:

We are seeking a Quality Control Engineer / Inspector to oversee quality

standards across our production processes. The candidate will be

responsible for conducting inspections, maintaining records, and ensuring

all manufacturing activities meet technical and quality specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process and final inspections on manufacturing and finished

products.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards for paint, welding, and

fabrication work.

• Use and maintain measuring tools (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height

Gauge, etc.) for precise inspections.

• Verify work on the shop floor as per technical drawings and

specifications.

• Identify non-conformities and coordinate with the production team for

corrective actions.

• Maintain all quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and

process quality.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Good understanding of paint quality, welding processes, and

fabrication standards.

• Hands-on experience with measuring instruments and inspection

tools.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and shop floor safety

standards.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification:

• ITI (Mechanical) / Diploma (Mechanical) / B.Tech (Mechanical)

Experience:

0–3 years (Freshers with relevant knowledge are also encouraged to

apply).
