Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Engineer located in Chakan. The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality of the products and processes. Daily tasks include inspecting materials, processes, and final products, developing and implementing quality control systems, and collaborating with production teams to address quality issues. The engineer will also prepare reports, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Inspection
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the defense or manufacturing industry is a plus
