The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of foundry operations, rejection handling, and PPAP documentation. Fresh diploma holders interested in production and quality control are welcome. Key Responsibilities: Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards. Monitor foundry processes to minimize rejections and identify root causes of defects. Maintain and review PPAP documentation and quality records. Work closely with production teams to ensure product quality. Report non-conformities and support corrective/preventive actions. Perform dimensional and visual inspections using measuring tools. Assist in internal audits and support continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Required Skills: Basic understanding of foundry processes and casting quality checks. Familiarity with PPAP, control plans, and quality reporting formats. Use of basic quality tools like calipers, gauges, etc. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Willingness to learn and work in a factory environment.
