Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Sales Closure: Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close sales to meet monthly targets. Retail & Dealer Onboarding: Onboard new retail shops, mechanics, and scooter dealerships to stock SEPAL products. Market Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to the product and marketing teams. After-Sales Support: Coordinate with the support team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and product installation assistance. Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems that ensure our automotive accessories meet high performance and safety standards. The QC Engineer will be responsible for setting quality benchmarks, defining inspection protocols, and leading testing strategies throughout the production lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality control procedures and testing standards for raw materials, in-process sub-assemblies, and final products. Establish QC benchmarks and performance metrics in line with industry standards (ISO, IATF 16949, etc.) and customer specifications. Design and maintain inspection and test plans (ITPs) for various product categories. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues. Coordinate with Production, Design, and Supply Chain teams to identify and resolve quality-related concerns. Supervise and train QC inspectors/technicians to ensure proper execution of QC processes. Maintain and update Quality Management System (QMS) documentation. Analyze defect data and create reports to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming material quality. Lead product audits, process audits, and customer complaint investigations. Ensure all testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained. Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control within the automotive components/accessories manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of QC tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram). Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant automotive quality standards. Experience in setting up QC processes and documentation from scratch is a plus. Proficiency in using quality inspection instruments (e.g., vernier caliper, micrometer, gauge blocks). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
