Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will play a key role in identifying potential customers, explaining product benefits, handling B2B and B2C inquiries, and closing sales both online and offline. You will represent the SEPAL brand and drive the adoption of our scooter canopy and accessories across dealerships, retail, and direct customers. Sales Pitch & Demos: Confidently explain SEPAL products and conduct demos (both virtually and in-person). Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Sales Closure: Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close sales to meet monthly targets. Retail & Dealer Onboarding: Onboard new retail shops, mechanics, and scooter dealerships to stock SEPAL products. Market Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to the product and marketing teams. After-Sales Support: Coordinate with the support team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and product installation assistance. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily visits, calls, sales, and customer details in the CRM system.
