Quality control Engineer

As a Quality Control Supervisor, your role involves supervising and performing inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and final products. You will ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and processes. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Production, and Procurement. - Leading continuous improvement activities and kaizen projects for the quality department. - Interfacing with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters, including audits and nonconformance reports. - Facilitating and coordinating customer inspections, monitoring quality KPIs, conducting data analysis, and providing reports to senior management. - Leading and promoting 5S and workplace organization activities to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. - Participating in internal and external audits. Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelors in Electronics Engineering. - Experience: 5-8 years in a Manufacturing/Engineering company in a similar role. - Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques. - Good knowledge of industry standards and quality management systems. - Proficient in using measurement and inspection tools. - Skilled in statistical analysis and quality reporting. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental coordination.
