Location: Hyderabad (Medchal)

Gravimetric / Instrumental analysis metals in samples, RND Support

Key Responsibilities:

Gravimetric / Instrumental analysis
of metals in samples, R&D support
Analysis using Instrumental Techniques like
ICP
,
BET
, Particle Size, Chemisorption, Hydrogen Uptake,
XRF
and HPLC
Record and report management
Following best practices in the laboratory as per the guidance from senior staff
Delivering and maintaining high-quality and accurate results during sample handling and analysis
Meeting and/or exceeding the analytical objectives and goals
Execution of calibration plans for analytical balances and instruments, and maintaining records
Implementing health and safety guidelines
Working as Technical Manager for
NABL
/ISO compliances

Key authorities

Method development & validation
Working on ICP-OES, BET, Particle Size Analyzer, Chemisorption, Hydrogen Uptake, XRF, and HPLC
Analytical troubleshooting
Internal calibration of lab instruments
Implementing testing plan for daily samples

Key Functional / Technical Competencies

Classical techniques and wet chemistry
Instrumental techniques
Calibration of basic lab instruments
Health and safety guidelines
Documentation as per ISO 17025:2017
Ensuring accommodation & environment of lab as per standard practices
Control of records
