Quality Control Analyst (Senior Executive)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing using HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, Viscometer, TLC, and Bulk Density apparatus.
• Conduct routine calibration, operation, and troubleshooting of instruments.
• Execute tests for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per SOPs and specifications.
• Prepare and review COA, Specifications, and related QC documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GLP and NABL standards.
• Maintain instrument logbooks, calibration records, and analytical reports.
• Support audits by providing the required analytical documentation.

Required Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience with all listed instruments.
• Thorough understanding of GLP and NABL-compliant laboratory practices.
• Accurate documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to timelines.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline.
