Job Summary

The Senior Executive – Quality Assurance Documentation will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and maintaining all quality-related documents to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The role requires strong knowledge of BMR, BPR, SOPs, and documentation related to FSSAI and Ayush regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
• Develop, update, and control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure all documentation meets FSSAI and Ayush regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, and Regulatory teams for document approval and compliance.
• Maintain proper version control, issuance, archival, and retrieval of QA documents.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and complete documentation.
• Ensure adherence to organizational quality systems and regulatory guidelines.

Required Competencies

• Strong knowledge of BMR, BPR, SOPs, FSSAI, and Ayush documentation.
• Excellent documentation accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication and compliance-oriented mindset.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
