Responsibilities Lead the engineering design and development of thermal power projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute project timelines, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects to support decision-making processes. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Supervise and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth within the organization. Coordinate with external stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate smooth project execution. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements to incorporate best practices into project designs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and maximize project performance.
