Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Check Associate, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Quality Check Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including conducting quality control checks, performing quality audits, ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards, and managing overall quality management processes. The role involves meticulous inspection of jewelry pieces to ensure they meet Jewel Casa's quality standards, maintaining records of quality checks, and reporting any discrepancies or defects to the relevant departments.

Qualifications

• Quality Control, Quality Auditing, and Quality Assurance skills
• Experience in Quality Management processes
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Attention to detail and ability to identify defects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the jewelry industry is a mandatory.
• Relevant certifications or a degree in a related field is beneficial
