Quality Check Associate

As a Back Office Operations role at Onion Insights, a Global Customer Experience Measurement company, your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing and checking Customer Experience Measurement reports on a timely basis. - Scrutinizing reports for any discrepancies. - Ensuring the report quality by checking for grammatical and/or contextual errors and punctuation. - Grade reports according to specified standards and provide concise feedback to Mystery Shoppers, etc. - Data Check all reports on a regular basis. - Assisting in any other business-related activity, as assigned. Desired qualifications for this role: - Ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively and professionally in a timely manner. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and the Internet. - Strong analytical and observation skills. - An eye for minute details. - Highly Self-Motivated. - Responsible, ethical, and honest behavior in all tasks and responsibilities. The work hours for this role are from 0930 AM to 0730 PM, Monday to Saturday (One Saturday in the month is kept off).
