Must have 2-3 years’ experience in Service industries Like Banking, Hotels, Airlines, Hospitality Sector.

Knowledge about Digital Marketing Tools like Facebook, What’s up, Twitter, Instagram.

Job Description:

  • Customer Care managers talk, listen and help resolved conflicts with customers. An expert communicator will be able to listen effectively to find the root cause of issues, and communicate clearly and in a friendly way to solve the issue and keep the customer happy.
  • Customer Care Managers will need to motivate the team, work with them to make sure they abide by all company policies and procedures and also follow all the rules and regulation.
  • Maintain good relationship with existing customers, Insure highest standards of customer communication & Services.
  • Plan the customer relation programs. Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services.
  • Monitoring All Showroom Executives and TL are coming on time and attend the all the customer properly and with respected manner.
  • Monitoring showroom activities like housekeeping, refreshment amenities for customers and showroom decoration during different different festival.
  • Develop and measure key performance indicators to determine and improve the effectiveness of all customer care activities.
  • Analyze customer service related information and evaluate the results to choose the best resolutions and alternatives to customer service challenges and to identify opportunities to improve customer service.
  • Doing PSF calling to reduce the generation of complain in advance. If complain generated the resolve customer complain immediately, give positive answer with perfect solution.
  • Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with all staff member and also customers.
  • Empower employees to provide best service to customers and work with co-workers in a friendly environment.
  • Help the sales staff how to make memorable delivery of car by doing motivational activities like celebrating Birthday, Anniversary of customer at the time of delivery of car.
  • Preparing all the reports of Maruti and also prepare MIS of complain generation.
  • Collect the list of delivery of car for next day from all TL and same list share with PDI Team and coordinate with PDI Team to reach the car at showroom on time for timely and delivery of car.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
