Position: Quality Auditor – IT Projects

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Quality Auditor to oversee Governance, Quality, and Compliance for IT project deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and quality processes across Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with a keen eye for identifying risks, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Governance, Quality & Compliance across all IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Conduct end-to-end project reviews covering cost, schedule, scope, quality, and compliance metrics.
• Adopt a value-driven approach to project audits and recommend improvement plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks early to prevent project escalations.
• Maintain effective reporting, tracking, and closure of audit actions.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 4–6 years of proven experience in Quality and Compliance of IT projects within large-scale organizations.
• Solid understanding of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall & Agile).
• Strong communication and analytical skills — ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good to Have:

• Experience in a Techno-PM role with exposure to both legacy and emerging technologies.
• Hands-on experience in documenting processes, policies, and audit reports.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹67,000.00 per month
