About Medmetrix:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead internal quality audits and ensure compliance with healthcare BPO standards
Identify process gaps and drive corrective and preventive actions
Collaborate with operations and training teams to improve quality metrics
Maintain audit documentation and present findings to leadership
Ensure adherence to client-specific and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in Quality Audit, preferably in healthcare BPO
Must have official auditor designation
Strong knowledge of audit tools, RCA, and CAPA methodologies
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Willingness to work from office (Perungudi, Chennai)
