Quality Auditor

You are required to work as a Quality Auditor at Bridging Technologies in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the voice process. You should be mature, understand the criticality of the job, and possess persuasive communication skills. Your responsibilities will include call monitoring, providing feedback to executives, compiling performance data, coordinating call calibration sessions, monitoring customer care email responses, providing actionable data to internal support groups, preparing and analyzing quality reports, evaluating processes for compliance, providing feedback and training, and performing other assigned duties. To be considered for this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a Quality Auditor in the International process. You should have experience in giving one-to-one feedback to Voice, Email, and Chat executives, knowledge of Quality tools, excellent communication skills, and hold a Bachelor's Degree.
