Quality Assurance /Travel sales

As a Quality Assurance/Travel Sales professional in Mohali, your role involves developing, implementing, and managing processes to ensure operational performance meets customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for setting quality standards and parameters for the P&P, coordinating and participating in testing processes, and conducting mystery calls to ensure accurate and consistent information delivery to customers. Additionally, you will oversee and audit all tickets issued through GDS portals and Amadeus, identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, and recommend solutions to address them. Providing clear insight into performance drivers and recommending process improvements based on customer experience and feedback are also key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement processes to ensure operational performance meets customer satisfaction - Set appropriate quality standards and parameters for the P&P - Coordinate and participate in testing processes, including mystery calls - Oversee and audit all tickets issued through GDS portals and Amadeus - Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and recommend solutions - Provide clear insight into performance drivers - Recommend process improvements based on customer experience and feedback - Design quality rules and guidelines for optimal team performance - Conduct calibrations and meetings with teams to ensure system stability - Conduct presentations and business simulations with new hires Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of experience in a similar role - Proficiency with Amadeus and related software - Familiarity with ticketing systems - Awareness of CRM systems techniques - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent time management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong leadership skills If you are interested in this role, contact 9915678189 for more details.
