Quality Assurance / Travel sales

As a Quality Assurance/ Travel Sales professional at our Mohali location, your role involves developing, implementing, and managing processes to ensure operational performance meets customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for identifying and setting appropriate quality standards and parameters for the P&P. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating and participating in testing processes, performing mystery calls, and overseeing and auditing all tickets issued through our GDS portals and Amadeus. You will also be required to identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, recommend solutions, provide insights into performance drivers, and give recommendations for process improvements based on customer experience and feedback. Additionally, you will design quality rules and guidelines, hold calibrations and meetings with teams, conduct presentations and business simulations with new hires. Qualification Required: - 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. - Proficiency with Amadeus and related software. - Familiarity with ticketing systems. - Awareness of CRM systems technique. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. - Outstanding time management skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
