Job Description

Crolit is matching emerging QA testers with early-stage startups and founders building their founding engineering teams.


You might be a fit if you:

  • Have

    0–3 years of experience in software testing or QA

  • Are comfortable with modern QA workflows and tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Postman, JMeter, TestRail, BrowserStack

    , or similar)
  • Have experience writing and executing test cases, reporting bugs, and performing regression/acceptance testing
  • Have participated in internships, hackathons, OSS contributions, or personal projects that demonstrate

    quality assurance skills

  • Are comfortable working in fast-paced, founder-led teams


Role details:

  • Flexible work

    : async and remote-first

  • Expected commitment

    : 10–40 hrs/week (part-time or full-time)

  • Contract duration

    : 1–3 months, often with extension or conversion to full-time

  • Direct interviews

    with startup founders and hiring teams via Crolit


Compensation:

  • Pay ranges from

    $10/hr for part-time gigs

    to

    $10K–$20K annually

    for full-time roles.
