Quality Assurance Tester

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our products through rigorous testing processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automated testing and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Execute manual and automated tests to identify software problems.
• Log, track, and follow up on bugs and issues using tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in design and requirement reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
• Conduct regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and contribute to automation scripts.
• Report QA metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
