Crolit is matching top developers with early-stage startups and founders who are building their founding engineering teams.

You are a good fit if you:

Have
0–3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering
.
Proven track record of setting up CI/CD pipelines, managing scalable cloud systems, or contributing to OSS/startup projects.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, founder-led teams.
Make
extensive use of AI tools
to automate workflows, optimize deployments, and
operate like a 10x engineer
.

Role details:

Flexible work
: async and remote-first.
Commitment
: full-time roles or flexible part-time/contract opportunities.
Duration
: from a few weeks to yearly full-time roles.
Hiring process
: direct interviews with startup founders and hiring teams via Crolit.

Compensation:

Pay ranges from
$15/hr for part-time gigs to $20K+ annually
for full-time roles (depending on scope, geography, and experience).
