Full Stack Engineer

• Have 0–3 years of experience in web or app development
• Are comfortable with modern stacks (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, or similar)
• Have built projects, whether internships, hackathons, OSS, or personal apps that show real-world problem-solving
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, founder-led teams

Role details:

• Flexible work: async and remote-first
• Expected commitment: 10–40 hrs/week (part-time or full-time)
• Contract duration: 1–3 months, often with extension or conversion to full-time
• Direct interviews with startup founders and hiring teams via Crolit

Compensation:

• Pay ranges from $15/hr for part-time gigs to $15K–$30K annually for full-time roles.
