Quality Assurance Tester

Role Overview: As a Quality Assurance Tester, you play a crucial role in ensuring that software products meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and performance before they are released to users. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, document, and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and test plans. - Perform manual and automated testing of software applications across various platforms and browsers. - Identify, log, and track bugs and issues using a defect tracking system (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla). - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. - Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile/Scrum activities. - Conduct regression testing after bug fixes and system updates. - Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with business and technical requirements. - Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements based on test results and user perspective. - Maintain and update test documentation as systems and features evolve. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a QA Tester, QA Engineer, or similar role in software development. - Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Familiarity with Agile development environments and continuous integration practices. - Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, TestNG) is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear bug reporting and documentation. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Certification in Quality Assurance or Testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is an advantage.,
