Quality Assurance Test Manager

Role Overview: As the Quality Assurance Test Manager in the semiconductor backend manufacturing facility, you play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by upholding superior product quality standards and delivering reliable test performance. You are responsible for overseeing quality assurance activities across wafer sort, final test, and system-level test operations, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards, driving defect reduction and yield improvement initiatives, and managing audit readiness. Collaboration with engineering, test operations, and customer quality teams is essential to resolve issues, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure products consistently meet or exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems and processes to ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process. - Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality-related inquiries, issues, and concerns. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication, collaboration, and responsiveness to their needs. - Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. - Prepare and review regular reports with the customer quality lead on quality performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the NPI process to ensure that new products meet quality standards and customer requirements. - Stay abreast of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to semiconductor manufacturing quality. - Provide training and guidance to engineers and technicians on quality processes, standards, and best practices. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required. Master's degree preferred. - Experience: 10-12 years of proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing or a related industry. - Certifications: Quality certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ISO/IATF auditor) are desirable. - Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of quality management systems, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control, 8D problem solving). Specialized knowledge of semiconductor backend equipment and major test platforms. - Problem Solving: Expert in the 8D problem-solving methodology and able to apply it rigorously to resolve complex customer quality issues.,
