Quality Assurance Test Manager

As a Testing Manager, your role involves quality & test advocacy, resource planning & management, and resolution of issues that impede the testing effort. You will ensure appropriate planning and management of test resources while assessing the progress and effectiveness of the test effort. Your key responsibilities include: - Analyzing the requirements and creating a test plan - Coordinating with project-specific SPOC & teams - Assigning and monitoring tasks to resources, ensuring completion within given timelines - Reviewing test scenarios and coordinating with other departments - Reviewing & publishing test results to stakeholders - Testing team management, time management, and adherence to schedules - Identifying training requirements for the team and organizing the same - Developing resources" capabilities in technical as well as domain expertise - Maintaining & updating all QA artifacts - Reviewing day-to-day delivery work, implementing robust processes, identifying project delivery risks, and working on risk mitigation You should have advanced knowledge of Software Testing theories and practices, Planning, and Management. Exposure to Microfinance, good communication, and human or interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in decision-making, problem-solving, and people development is crucial. Additionally, you must possess excellent time and project management skills to continuously improve inefficient processes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree Certifications: - Six Sigma / Lean / Scrum preferred - ITIL - Prince 2 Experience: - 8-12 years Path / Career Progression: - After completing 2 years in the Testing Manager role, you are eligible to apply for internal opportunities.,
